High drama in the pines returns to the Masters Tournament once again, in the first Masters playoff since 2005, and the longest since 1990. With Tiger and Phil making a brilliant run at the leaders, this final round had more twists and turns than the previous three years' Masters combined. Argentina's Angel Cabrera outlasted 48-year-old Kenny Perry, winning the 73rd Masters on the second hole of a sudden-death playoff. Cabrera, who is also the 2007 U.S. Open champion, closed with 1-under-par 71 to finish at 12-under 276, and became the first South American to win the Masters!
