A
few years ago when Mel Osterman, President of AllAround Sports Inc.,
hurt his wrist, he was unable to find a wrist and forearm exercise
device to help him rehabilitate completely. Although the market was, and
still is, saturated with machines that target the flexor and
extensor
wrist motions, nothing addressed all six wrist motions.
Not happy with addressing only 33% of his problem, he devised a machine
that addressed his needs. After seeing the vast improvement in his golf
performance because of his improved wrist strength, he decided to bring
the product to the marketplace. |

How to Use the
AllAround wrist and forearm strengthener:
Grip the balls, one in each hand. Adjust the tension using the center
knob to a light resistance. While holding the machine horizontal to the
ground, twist the balls in opposite directions as far as you can.
Tighten the knob to increase resistance.
By modifying the position of your hands on the balls as shown to the
right, you can work all 6 motions of your wrist. Find the position on
the balls that allow you to duplicate the precise movement of your swing
movement.
