Light-weight and high reps will sculpt and tone. Add more weight to build massive arms.
Variation 1
Hold the Arme Wrist Roller in front of body with arms extended parallel to the floor with palms facing down and feet shoulder width apart. Slowly lower and raise the weight turning the precision molded Arme handle until fully extended, and then rewind. Do not let the handle slip on the way down.
Variation 2
Hold the Arme wrist exerciser as outlined above except with palms up. Feel the burn! Caution: Be careful not to overdue in the beginning. Arme wrist rollers isolate like no other! |

Installation |
| Loop the nylon strap through the buckle, then the weight(s), then back through the buckle as illustrated. |

Secure the above by pulling on the end of the nylon strap. The nylon strap should extend approximately 4" past the buckle.
Tug on the weight to make sure it is secure. |

Pass the end of the nylon strap back through the furthermost slot in the buckle and pull tight for added security.
Before each use, be sure the weight is
properly secured and the strap shows no signs of wear. |
