About the Author
Michael Lardon, M.D., is a sports psychiatrist who has worked with many
well-known PGA, NFL, and Olympic athletes. He is a spokesperson for
national media including CNN and MSNBC, and is currently an Associate
Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California San
Diego.
