About the Authors:
Terry W. Hensle, MD, the book's originator and editor, is a professor of urology at the Columbia University Hospital of Physicians and Surgeons and has been the director of pediatric urology at the Children's Hospital of New York Presbyterian Hospital for the last 25 years.
David Chmiel is the editor of New Jersey Monthly magazine. He was formerly Editor-at-Large and Editor-in-Chief, respectively, of Maximum Golf magazine and Senior Golfer Magazine, among other golf publications.
