Shell's Wonderful World of Golf was a weekly television series that aired from 1962 through 1970. This video is a golf match between Roberto DeVicenzo and Sam Snead, played at Congressional Country Club in Washington, DC and originally aired on March 30, 1968. Roberto DeVicenzo is Argentina's gift to the golfing world. He has won 4 PGA Tour events, the 1967 British Open and has represented Argentina in the World Cup a record of 17 times. No one had garnered more attention on the links during the thirties, forties and fifties than Sam Snead. Sweet swinging Sam captured the hearts of the golfing public with his quick wit and over 80 PGA Tour victories.
