After adjusting the length of the tubing (for perfect swing arc), the player turns back and through allowing the ball to touch one shoulder & then the other. Good tempo, swing plane, and proper weight transfer are taught .

| Develops feel and mechanics of the golf swing:
Developed by a PGA Teaching Professional the Swing-eeZ is a surprisingly simple training aid designed to improve your tempo and rhythm. At the risk of oversimplifying the device, it's a soft foam ball attached to a regulation golf grip by rubber tubing. It's designed to help ingrain a rhythmic swing and to eliminate "hitting from the top". In addition, your swing plane is apparent due to the visibility of the bright yellow ball as well as where the ball touches your body on the back & through swings. The Swing-eeZ is lightweight and flexible so that it may be stored in your golf bag for a pre-round warm-up.
It is CRITICAL that you measure the tubing correctly when using the Swing-eeZ. I generally like to shorten the tube about a foot, hold the yellow ball in my right hand, the grip in my left hand, and pull out enough tubing so the grip starts right at the shoulder joint. You can then fold over the excess into your grip or cut and plug if it's for your own use only. Start with a controlled half swing, working back and forth into a full turn both directions. Don't stop! You'll develop great rhythm & balance just by turning back & through.
