you how pleasant it is has been to do business with a
company that conducts itself so professionally & is so

merchandise from "anotherinternetcompany.com" and had a very unpleasant
experience. They immediately charged my credit card, but
after 2 1/2 weeks I still had not received the merchandise.
I could not contact anyone by phone & when I contacted them
by e-mail the person responding was extremely belligerent. I
actually had to resort to disputing the charge with my

Bureau in order to get them to credit my credit card back

ordered a Medicus - Dual Hinged on June 10th. I called about
1 week later because on your website it said my order was
still pending. The man I spoke with said that the Medicus
was on backorder for 4-6 weeks. I told him that I needed it
before July 1st as a birthday present and said that I had
better cancel the order. He told me that he make sure I
received one before the date that I needed it. Sure enough,
I just received confirmation that it has been shipped and
according to UPS, I should receive it tomorrow.
